The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
The Details:
The Unite Summit targets underrepresented talent entering their sophomore or junior year, currently enrolled at a four-year college or university. Our summit was designed to expose participants to workshops and activities designed to foster leadership qualities, build connections, and encourage collaboration! Participants will also partake in job coaching and enhanced professional development. Through this program, participants will learn tactical interviewing skills, enhance their business acumen, and be prepared to secure a Summer 2025 internship.
The Unite Summit will take place Sunday, July 28 - Tuesday, July 30, 2024 in Liberty’s corporate headquarters in Boston, MA. This in-person event is for those who are located near the New England area with limited space for those located outside of New England. Liberty Mutual will incur all costs for approved travel accommodations.
