Liberty Mutual Global Digital Services is excited to welcome high school students as part of this internship program. What is Global Digital Services? We are part of our Central IT Services organization that runs the infrastructure and foundational technology that is used across all business units and within Corporate Departments.
In this intern position, you will respond to incoming requests through an omni channel experience that consists of voice, electronic tickets and live chat to assist Liberty Mutual employees with their IT needs. There is a potential to be aligned with supporting projects as part of an agile team.
Job Summary:
Responds to incoming requests and resolve customer problems through an omni channel experience that consists of voice, electronic tickets and live chat. Supports areas of network and email connectivity, computer operating systems, hardware and software applications, internally developed applications, mainframe and midrange operations. Records inquiries, provides input on, resolves or directs requests to appropriate technical area or vendor. Escalates to or consults with senior staff when solution is unclear. Reports problems with procedures and makes suggestions for improvements. Completes assigned project tasks on time.
