The Details:    The Unite Summit targetsunderrepresented talent entering their sophomore or junior year, currently enrolled at a four-year college or university. Our summit was designed to expose participants to workshops and activities designed to foster leadership qualities, build connections, and encourage collaboration! Participants will also partake in job coaching and enhanced professional development. Through this program, participants will learn tactical interviewing skills, enhance their business acumen, and be prepared to secure a Summer 2025 internship.    The Unite Summit will take place Sunday, July 28 - Tuesday, July 30, 2024 in Liberty’s corporate headquarters in Boston, MA.  This in-person event is for those who are located near the New England area with limited space for those located outside of New England. Liberty Mutual will incur all costs for approved travel accommodations.   Here's what you can look forward to as a: Finance & Accounting attendee: - Network with recent college hires and others in Liberty’s finance & accounting community - Learn more about career paths and finance and accounting opportunities participants can pursue - Gain exposure to the role finance and accounting plays at an insurance company and how the work contributes to the company’s overall success - Develop and enhance skills necessary for success in the field   Analytics attendee: - Interact with full time analysts currently in the rotational, and development program, to learn more about their exposure to data-driven projects - Hear from industry experts and program managers to learn more about how analytics impacts the insurance industry - Engage in a case workshop to develop your technical interviewing skills and analytical approach - Hands on exposure to the data tools and platforms used within the analytics function at Liberty Mutual Insurance   Actuarial attendee: - Build relationships with peers and members of Liberty’s actuarial community through workshops and a case competition designed to strengthen your actuarial knowledge and to give you exposure to real actuarial work. - Learn what types of actuarial roles you can pursue at Liberty, what it’s like to work as an actuary, and necessary skills for a successful career in the field. - Hear from recent college graduates in our Actuarial Development Program, connect with some of our senior actuaries, and learn about some of our actuarial functions at Liberty Mutual.   Questions about attending?
